Please can we all help my cousin Billy keep the business he has built up going.  Some heartless b******s stole all his tools meaning he can now not work.  Most people know Billy as he stops and speaks to everyone and obviously his mode of transport is very unique,  he is such a kind hearted lad and he really did not deserve this to happen.  any donations would be greatly appreciated
