Help Billy Cyr breath easier

I have known Billy Cyr for over 25 years.  Even though I have known Billy as an electrical subcontractor first, then as an employee and then, again as an electrical contractor, I have come to know Billy as the good, honest person, father & grandfather that he is.  
Billy had been experiencing hoarseness in his throat for many months.  Upon meeting an ENT doctor, he was misdiagnosed with acid reflux not once but twice.  The problem elevated to a point that he was not able to breathe and admitted to the hospital where he was diagnosed with invasive squamous cell carcinoma.
Last week, Billy had throat surgery where his voice box was removed along with any other cancerous tissue.  He will never be able to breath through his nose or mouth again.  His spirits are high as he prepares to receive intensive radiation treatments so we are all rooting for him.
Unfortunately, Billy is lacking major health care insurance coverage.  Besides the current bills he is receiving, he will need some major dental work fairly soon before any radiation can occur.  That is why I am reaching out for funding to halp Billy manage these medical bills.  Billy's wife, Rene will be managing the funds so that they are available when needed.
