Help Billy and Jasmine with Medical Bills

My name is Vaughn Harris and I’m setting this up for my best friend of 25 years who recently got ill and was admitted into the ICU. Billy’s liver and organs started not functioning correctly. He ended up with an elevated heart rate and for his safety, the doctors had to put him on life support. Jasmine, Billy’s girlfriend, has had to miss work as well as Billy, so all money will go to help with medical costs and help with their monthly bills.
