Hi my name is Eddie C and I'm trying to help raise funds for my lifelong friend and my Evanston Township High School classmate Billy Dawson. More than a year ago Billy was diagnosed with AFib , an irregular heartbeat which causes the heart to beat too fast. For Billy this was a life threatening condition. As he prepared for the surgery it was discovered that he also had a very serious issue with his colon which was even more dire. After multiple surgeries and a couple of long stints in rehab for Billy, he and his family are buried in medical bills. His wife Risa and his mom, both of whom I have known most of my life, are struggling to keep a float as Billy has not been able to work for several months at this point. Please help the family with Billy's medical bills by contributing whatever you can to his fundraiser. The family, including Billy and Risa's two daughters, sincerely appreciate your help.
