My name is Jodi Stark and I met my friend, Billie Gaines when I got involved with dog rescue. This lady has a heart of gold and has always given her time, energy, and money to those less fortunate and the voiceless.

Her momma, who also happens to be her best friend, recently had a medical emergency that resulted in a VERY MAJOR surgery and cancer diagnosis. She has been at the hospital in Spokane for two weeks now, and it could be several more weeks before she is released. Billie hasn't left her side, except when the hospital makes her leave. She has missed work all this time. She will have to be by her mom's side when she gets home as well because she will need daily care.

The hospital makes Billie leave at 8 pm. This means she has had to pay for lodging. It really adds up, especially when you have no income coming in to offset. Any little bit helps and will be GREATLY appreciated. Thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated as well.
