Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out on behalf of our dad, Bill Welborn — the heart and soul of our family and the owner of Welborn Brothers Plumbing. If you know Bill, you know he’s the kind of person who shows up for everyone else. He’s worked incredibly hard for years to support his family and his community, never asking for anything in return.

Over the past three years, our dad has faced some serious health issues, and just yesterday he was admitted to the hospital after having trouble breathing.

His surgery had been delayed, but he’s now scheduled for open-heart surgery this coming Tuesday.

While he focuses on healing, we’re asking for support to help our parents stay caught up on bills and household expenses. Bill is a proud father of eight and a grandpa to two beautiful babies — with a new grandson on the way. His three youngest still live at home, and they already miss him so much — being there at night and in the mornings, watching sports together, and just having him around.

He and our mom have always given their all to others, and now we’re hoping to give a little of that love back to them. Also, our mom has been working at a school to do her absolute best at supporting the household and family while this is all happening. We want to try and ease some stress that she may be carrying during these times. All of the donations would help with his medical expenses, resources and medical equipment to continue helping him recover, and continuing to support the children that are at home while he unexpectedly had to stop working.
