Help Bill McIntyre's Dog Get ACL Surgery

My name is Bill McIntyre, and I rescued a 1 1/2 year old sweetheart over a year ago. He is extremely energetic. However, his energy has gotten him into trouble. He has a torn ACL on his left rear leg, which is going to require surgery to repair. I am a 76 year old senior, on Social Security, and do not have the funds for said surgery. His initial vet appointment, and diagnosis, was $529.33.
