Beverly Lindsay and her husband Bill have been friends of ours for approximately 25 years. During our friendship which started out as a work friendship and has remained over the years, our friendship has allowed me to see Beverly’s and Bill’s many trials.

Bills positive attitude and Beverly’s support has carried him thru (3) kidney transplants.

I have seen the unselfish love they share and have witnessed how they have dealt with disappointment as well as life’s wonderful gifts.

Since March Bill has been battling a virus that has taken him to the lowest depths of his life. He has lost over 40 pounds and has been in and out of the hospital three times. He is literally fighting to stay alive. Currently they have done everything possible to keep up with what has seem to ravage his body.

This has come with a huge price tag financially and emotionally and they are not at the end of this illness yet.

To my knowledge, they have never ask anyone for anything, and those of you that know both of them will understand exactly what I am saying. I have never seen strength like they both have.

I am asking because I know they will not ask and if anyone is able to help them with some of their unbelievable expenses it will help them tremendously, They have had multiple flights to New York City, and Florida to seek medical attention to save Bill’s life. These expensive have included out of pocket starting with the transplant two years ago, and the list is staggering.

They were just starting to pull out of the hole from paying for transplant expenses when all of this occurred.

We all know when we travel that it comes with car rentals and food expenses that we normally would never have at home.

I wish you knew them like I do and know that their love for each other as well as their love for life and that beverly would do anything for Bill so that he has the medical attention needed to keep him going.

Her days at the hospital (sometimes sleeping there) have been exhausting.

In addition to everything they are experiencing, I would like to see them not have to worry and struggle about all of the expenses that they are incurring and trying to figure out now how to pay for this.

Please help me help them❤️
