你好！我是樂樂法利，一個學了大半輩子中文的雙語喜劇演員。我二十幾歲的時光，大多都是在中國度過的；我甚至還在北京的中央戲劇學院進修了表演 。我目前主要在製作一檔政治諷刺新聞節目，也在洛杉磯各處做線下的脫口秀活動 ，同時還保持着每週三到四次的直播頻率。

在生活錯綜複雜的道路中，我選擇了不是那麼尋常的一條。當新冠疫情爆發時，我決定以諷刺段子的形式在網絡上公開批判中國政府。這麼做很快給我帶來了非常嚴重的後果：我沒有辦法再次回到中國——一個對於我的事業發展來說至關重要的地方；我在中國的老師、同學和朋友，也不敢再聯繫我；我也失去了我在中國所有的社交媒體賬號。但是我深知我做出了正確的選擇，因爲我明確地知道，自己想要創作能夠真正打動人心，並且溝通中西方的作品。在過去的這四年，我的熱情支撐我創建了一個吸引了400,000人訂閱的YouTube賬號 ，200個我自導自演自剪的視頻，獲得了三千五百萬次的瀏覽。

Nihao! I'm LeLe Farley, a bilingual comedian that's learned Mandarin for nearly two decades. I spent most of my 20's in China, even studying acting at Beijing's Central Academy of Drama . Currently, I split my time between producing a political satire news show, performing standup comedy around Los Angeles, and live streaming three to four times a week.

My journey here has been anything but ordinary. When the pandemic hit, I took a bold step and began openly criticizing the Chinese government through satirical sketches. The consequences were immediate and significant. I lost access to China, a market that had been crucial to my career, along with all my social media accounts. But despite these sacrifices, I know it was the right choice as I love creating genuine art capable of connecting east to west. Over the past four years, that passion's helped me build a successful YouTube channel with over 400,000 followers, 35 million views, and 200 videos (all of which I wrote, directed, acted, and edited myself).

But now there's an obstacle in the road ahead: my old MacBook Pro. The two of us have been through thick and thin, yet lately she's been struggling to keep up with the demands of even basic video editing. The harsh truth is, this old gal is holding me back from taking on bigger, more ambitious projects. That’s where I need your help.

Given that I already have an established audience, many of whom are Mandarin-speaking gamers, I’ve chosen now to launch this campaign to capitalize on the release of Black Myth: Wukong. This AAA release is dominating the gaming world—a rarity for a Chinese gaming studio. As an American millennial with elite Chinese language skills and a professional comedic background, I firmly believe that a new computer would propel me, my audience, and my art to new heights (e.g. short films & music videos).
