Hi, my name is Che. Earlier this year, my twin brother Biko was diagnosed with a widespread and highly aggressive cancer in its late stages. After battling valiantly for two months, he passed away on March 30. His sudden and unexpected passing at the young age of 45 has left my family struggling with the loss. My brother lived in Texas and was the primary financial provider for his wife, Fatima, and his 6-year-old daughter, Montse. His death has affected them the most, both emotionally and financially. I started this fundraiser to help them raise enough money to cover basic needs such as their mortgage, utilities, car payment, and food for the next few months to adjust to this new way of living without him.
