The Forest Ends With You was first produced in March of 2025 as part of York University's Devised Theatre Festival. The piece is a multimedia exploration of the ways that suburbia affects the young people who inhabit it, and begs the question; what makes something (or someone) dead? This October, the show will be making its way to the East Coast to be put on at The Island Fringe Festival!

Big Kids Theatre is a collective run by students and recent graduates whose funds are very limited, which means that putting on this show will be no easy task. We are extremely passionate about the work and will largely be paying for this project out-of-pocket, but are also heavily relying on fundraising efforts to take this Toronto show all the way to The Island and showcase how exciting new Canadian work can be.

We would love nothing more than for everyone involved to receive as much financial compensation and support with travel and accommodation as possible, so we need your help! Support in the form of donations will help Big Kids Theatre cover things like production costs, travel expenses, and artist fees.
