Hi, my name is Josh. I have a permanent traumatic brain injury along with stage 3 renal disease. My kidneys are very close to stopping working on their own. I have to do PD dialysis every night for 8 hours. I have missed so much work I no longer have saved time with my company. I miss at least 1 to 2 days a week at work and this is the last thing I wanted to do, but with missing so much work, I am short on my rent, utilities, food, and medication. Really just asking for help, I'm drowning and I don't know how much more I can take. I'm fighting every day to stay alive. Two years ago, I had multiple heart attacks because my kidneys were shutting down and that's how I found out. Double bypass to save my life and give me a second chance at this thing.
