Hello, my name is Dan Phaneuf and I’m a sophomore in the class of 2027. I have been recently accepted to the prestigious Youth Leadership Camp hosted by the National Association of the Deaf. It’s a month-ish long camp up in Oregon where I will learn various survival, leadership, and social skills. This camp is a huge honor since I was selected among the 63 other deaf students in the nation who are rising juniors and seniors. This is a testament of my dedication to the community at Newton North, Massachusetts deaf and fellow wrestling/football communities. As I have an opportunity to represent my communities while I work with other leaders at Oregon. This fundraiser will go directly to YLC and my flight costs. Thank you, this is important into my future as I grow to become a better leader!
