Hi everyone,

My name is Bibi , and I’m here asking for a little help for the strongest woman I know, my mom.

As we all know, my mom has been a paraplegic for the past 23 years, and she has handled life in a wheelchair with more grace, toughness, and sarcasm than most people could manage standing up.

Lately, though, her current wheelchair just isn’t cutting it anymore. Between everyday wear and tear and the added challenge of managing both an ostomy and colostomy bag ( she’s basically carrying extra baggage 24/7), she needs a chair that can accommodate her medical needs.

The wheelchair she would like is specially designed and able to recline, which is not only important for comfort, but also for her health and safety. It’s like less of a “luxury lounge chair” and more of a “medical necessity with wheels.”

We’ve tried going through Health insurance for a better chair, but the process has been… well, let’s just say i rather buy it.

So, we’re turning to friends, family, and anyone willing to help my mom get the wheelchair she deserves!

Every donation will go directly toward the cost of this new chair. It will give her more comfort, more independence, and honestly, a smoother ride because she’s earned that.
