If you know April Bianka Cavallo, You know that she is one of the brightest stars in this galaxy of ours. She's a passionate filmmaker, hard working and diligent, excelling at everything she does in life. In this moment, she needs our help.

Backstory - By early 2012, Bianka had already made her imprint on the film industry in Los Angeles. She was working her way up the studio executive path, when a horrible tragedy completely shattered her life. She was nearly paralyzed and in a coma for several months. With one unforeseen setback after another, it's a miracle that she is even alive today, functioning as well as she does. Bianka has endured over 40 surgeries over the course of 13 years. In recent times at the hospital, she developed an autoimmune disease, and now... Cancer.

Now is the biggest fight for her life, and she is backed into a corner. Being unable to work in her career field while battling all these issues, she is without the funds necessary for the cost of cancer surgery, recovery appointments, physical therapy, medications, or even daily life expenses. Of the utmost importance is to have a recovery in a safe, positive environment, something she does not have at present time. A change of housing is vital for her quality of life, requiring first and last months rent, utilities, necessities, and funds to obtain adequate transportation to move around the city. Every expense has been factored in to the amount needed to get Bianka healthy, in proper recovery and on the path to living her full life again.
