My name is Milo and I'm raising money for my mom, Bianca, who was recently diagnosed with stage III uterine serous carcinoma and has since had a hysterectomy and started chemotherapy. She's 56 years old, a mother of three and grandmother of two, and has been working at the Sequim School District and tutoring on the side for over 10 years, dedicating her time to helping students with learning disabilities. Bianca is incredibly hardworking, but she lives paycheck to paycheck and had to go on medical leave for the rest of the school year and cannot afford to pay off the thousands of dollars she owes to UW. She has multiple upcoming surgical procedures this next month and is drowning in medical debt, and unfortunately we and everyone we know are in similar financial situations and unable to help.
