Help Bianca With Brain Surgery in California

I’ve been known to be a pretty healthy person. I’ve ran track all my life and never even spent the night in the hospital before! It was about 3 years ago I had my first stroke in a restaurant. I wasn’t sure exactly what had happened at the time. Months went by and I didn’t experience it again so I didn’t look further into what had happened. It wasn’t until about a year later I started to have strokes at home more frequently(still wasn’t aware that that’s what was happening). it wasn’t until recently I had an “episode” that freaked me out so I finally decided to go to the ER. Once at the emergency room, I was admitted because they noticed abnormalities in my CT Scan. After many tests and being hospitalized for a week they discovered I have MoyaMoya which is a rare condition in which the arteries that supply blood to my brain are narrowed and sometimes blocked. This is what has been causing me to have strokes! The Dr recommend I see a neurosurgeon in Stanford California to possibly have bypass surgery. After Dr. Steinburg reviewed my case he recommended that I have surgery on the left and right side of my brain. There was damage to both sides after having multiple strokes. I live in Birmingham AL and California is not a cheap place to have to travel to to undergo surgery for up to 3 weeks. I will need help with travel, lodging while I’m there (3 weeks), and trying to manage to be able to still take care of home. I will have to be out of work as well for at least 3 weeks with the assumption nothing goes wrong. If you can find it in your heart to help support me through this journey I would greatly appreciate it!
