Help Bianca recover after spinal surgery

Story

Help Bianca to recover from the accident May 23 and spinal surgery May 24.  hello, this is Bianca. I apologize for eventual typos as I dictate my story while I’m still not able to use fully my hands and arms after the accident.I am a dancer, choreographer, actress and pilates instructor. I was in Illinois for a student film shoot as a lead actress. On the way from the film set to the Airbnb we had a car accident. I don’t remember much of what and how happened.  It was early morning after a night shoot. I just remember opening my eyes and not feeling my body. After two ambulance rides I found myself in a second ER in Iowa city. The hospital is called University of Iowa hospitals and clinics. I am grateful to the Neurosurgeons who saved my spinal cord. I had a severe central cord syndrome. After surgery I am slowly recovering the use on my arms, my fine motor skills are still far from perfect. It will take time and patience and a lot of work. My legs feel numb but I can walk a little. Everybody says that I am a miracle and I’m very thankful for the work everyone in this hospital has put towards my well-being. Unfortunately, the insurance for the production denied the case and they don’t want to pay for anything. I will need to find an attorney to represent me while I am still recovering. I cannot work for a few months, I don’t have savings and I’m already missing bill payments, and my monthly home maintenance. Please help as much as you can, and once more, forgive me if this writing is a bit confused and has typos. I am hoping to be transferred when possible to my home in New York city where I can focus on healing and take intense sessions of PT and OT.  Grateful and hopeful. I send this message out to the world. Thanks.
