Help Bianca, a teacher with no sick days, on chemo

Due to Covid, at the beginning of this school year, Bianca, a beloved middle school teacher, had her sick leave taken away from her. She has stood up for and fought for the security and safety for her fellow teachers and students during these challenging times. She has been apart of committees, district meetings, and has even spoken up to the school board to ensure her community can recover as safely as possible from the pandemic.

While she continues to fight for everyone else’s health, she now faces concerns of her own. She was recently diagnosed with cancer. As she has no sick leave, every time she has to see the doctor, time is removed from her paycheck. Because of this, the day after her first round of chemo, she was back in the classroom.

Help Bianca the same way she helped us and take a stand for Bianca’s health. We are raising money to help offset the medical costs, bills, and daily expenses for this pillar of the community.
