This fundraiser is for Bharat Bhushan organized by his friends. Bharat Bhushan as many of you know has been in United States since about 2017. On February 21st 2026, Bhushan was involved in a car accident. He was sitting in the back seat as a passenger and the impact resulted in a spinal cord injury. He is unable to walk and is now wheelchair bound. He has family back home that can help him with his recovery. Bhushan needs help to go back to Punjab.

He has been at the hospital since his injury. Unable to cover medical costs. He will need a nurse escort and medical flight. The hospital unfortunately cannot keep Bhushan at the hospital longer, and they unable to send him to any rehabilitation facility due to not having Insurance.
