With Deepest Sorrow: A Request for Support
My name is Bhagath Kommineni, and it is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I share the unfortunate news of the passing of my beloved father-in-law, Mr. Prakash Peruka.
He suffered a massive heart stroke on July 26th, 2025, around 11:50 AM in Austin, TX 78727, and was pronounced dead at St. David's North Austin Medical Center (12221 N Mopac Expy) at 2:30 PM.
Mr. Prakash was scheduled to fly back to India on July 27th at 4:10 PM (Austin → DFW → Doha → Hyderabad), but tragically, he left us just a day before his return.
We are reaching out to our community during this incredibly difficult time. My wife Pravallika and I wish to honor his spiritual and simple way of life by sending his mortal remains to his native place in India so that we may perform his final rites according to our traditions.
Mr. Prakash was a kind-hearted, humble, and spiritual man who lived a life of devotion and simplicity. He was a friendly and supportive member of the local community, always willing to lend a helping hand and offer prayers for others.
We humbly request your support—emotionally, financially, or logistically—to help us repatriate his body to India and fulfill his final journey with dignity and respect.
Thank you for standing with us during this time of immense grief. Your support means the world to us.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Bhagath Kommineni & Pravallika Peruka
