This is a fundraiser for BG and family. Their house had fire damage and their fence was destroyed by the neighbor’s garage fire a couple weeks ago, just as BG started her new job. After all the investigation, insurance stuff, and no one to find fault with the total cost is over 20 thousand. So after insurance coverage, the deductible and remaining repair cost is over 12 thousand dollars.  BG and her family have been an amazing asset to this community. She has helped plan Indigenous People’s Day for years and she has helped plan so many community events. She is an activist and a huge influence in Spokane. Please help her family. Her mom, Darlene, is currently fighting cancer and if you know BG and the family at all you know how Darlene is the linchpin for the family so it’s been really hard. This is one thing I hope as a community, and because community care, matters that we can all contribute and help alleviate this as a burden on the family. News Reel of Fire
