My cat Bexley is almost 3 years old and means everything to me. She’s a beautiful tortoiseshell domestic shorthair who lives with me in an off-campus house called tEp/Xi Fellowship, where she was even elected Chancellor last year! Bexley is incredibly social, loves people and other cats, and is beloved by everyone who meets her. She brings so much joy to our home and is truly the heart of our community.
Recently, Bexley was diagnosed with a dental condition that causes her teeth to deteriorate. One of her teeth has already fractured, and she’s in a lot of pain, struggling to eat and enjoy her favorite treats. The vet says she urgently needs at least two, possibly more, teeth extracted. This will require x-rays to determine exactly which teeth need to be removed, followed by surgery to extract them. It’s heartbreaking to see her in discomfort, and I want nothing more than to help her feel better and live pain-free.
The funds raised will go directly toward covering the cost of Bexley’s x-rays, surgery, and any medications or treatments she’ll need after the operation. Bexley is my world, as many cats are to their humans. She’s the reason I look forward to coming home every day. I am truly grateful for any and every contribution made to help her heal and live a happy, healthy life. Thank you so much for your generosity and support.
