Bex is my best friend and I am so grateful to have her in my life and through the ups and downs of my journey.

Late last night Bex texted me with excruciating abdominal pain, bloating, gas, nausea, etc that just kept getting worse. No medicine was helping. It hurt for her to even move. She had rebound tenderness in her lower right abdomen and all over abdominal pain.

I advised her to go to the ER immediately and I am so glad she did. She has appendicitis and part of her colon is very bad. They got her on iv meds and iv antibiotics and just off to surgery a few minutes ago.

She is having emergency appendectomy with possible bowel resection.

She will have to be out of work for a while and her husband too while she is healing and recovering from this surgery. Plus medical costs etc.

They need the community right now! She has always poured into the community and helping so many. She helped save my life.
