On June 15, 2019, Bettye Grant, beloved mother, grandmother, and overall friend to the helpless and the destitute, was involved in a harrowing car accident that almost claimed her life. Had it not been for the courage and selfless act of 2 good samaritans, we would not have the privilege of having Bettye around us anymore.

Fast forward, almost 3 years, and despite Bettye's determination and courage to get better, the sustained injuries from the accident have permanently affected Bettye. Multiple surgeries and contracting Covid-19 have contributed to Bettye's falling behind on high medical bills, tax payments, Mortgages, and others.

We would like to raise $60,000 to provide Bettye with a fresh start and allow her to focus on her recovery. The money will be used to settle her medical bills and other debts and allow her to focus on her recovery. Those of us who know Bettye, are aware of how selfless she is and how she would never ask for help, always thinking that someone else is more deserving. The truth is that everybody needs a little help sometimes and there is nobody more deserving than Bettye Grant.
