For more than 89 years, the Bethlehem Center has been a place of service, hope and opportunity for children and families in Jackson, Mississippi.

Today, we need our community's help.

Bethlehem Center is experiencing a serious short-term cash-flow crisis that is affecting our ability to meet payroll for approximately 10 dedicated employees—including childcare workers, food-service and maintenance staff, administrative personnel and leadership.

These are the people who open our doors, care for children, prepare meals, maintain our facility and provide services to families who depend upon Bethlehem Center.

Our Goal: $20,000 in 14 Days

We are launching an emergency campaign to raise $20,000 to help meet immediate payroll obligations while Bethlehem Center implements a longer-term financial recovery and sustainability strategy.

This is not simply about meeting one payroll.

It is about keeping Bethlehem Center working while we build a stronger financial foundation for the future.

For more than eight decades, Bethlehem Center has served the Jackson community through programs that include affordable quality childcare, free income-tax assistance, counseling and community-development initiatives.

Now we are asking the community that Bethlehem Center has served for so many years to stand with us.
