Beth Peltzer has spent her entire life battling immense health challenges, yet her spirit remains unbreakable. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just six years old, her journey has been marked by resilience, courage, and an unwavering will to keep moving forward.

Despite facing numerous medical obstacles—including Bipolar 1 Disorder, Dysphagia, diabetic retinopathy, and chronic kidney disease—Beth has never let her health define her. As a single mother, she raised her daughter with love and determination while earning both her Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Social Work to help others in need.

Through multiple major surgeries, including a mitral valve replacement and a pacemaker implant, Beth has fought to maintain her health. Now, in 2025, she faces another critical battle: her second open-heart surgery to replace a failing tricuspid valve. The weight of medical expenses has been overwhelming, but Beth continues to fight with hope and determination.
