Can we even begin to imagine the loss of our most treasured possessions? For some, this becomes a reality in a way that is completely devastating. This reality became evident in the early morning of Friday, May 20th for our friends Beth and Curt.
Beth and Curt are two of the most kind and generous people you will ever meet. They have worked very hard to build a solid life for themselves and their son, Jake, daughter Clara and wonderfully precious grandbabies. Beth and Curt recently suffered a tragic loss when a local flood destroyed their home and possessions. Thankfully, Beth and Curt were able to get the family pets and themselves to safety; however, they lost their automobiles, household and personal possessions and had to make the difficult decision to relocate their life. They have now begun the exhausting task of gutting their home and replacing what was lost.
While most of the items destroyed were material goods, some items lost were family heirlooms that can never be replaced. Additionally, how can one replace photos and memories from years of family events? This page was created as a way for people to help a family who have always gone out their way to help others. Please donate what you can to help this family.
