Help Bernard Rebuild after Devastating Fire

A close friend of our family, Bernard Reilly, lost nearly everything in a cabin fire two days ago. He had almost all of his personal belongings inside the cabin and a nearby shed--including a lifetime collection of expensive power tools, specialized testers and equipment, chop and table saws, and amateur radio equipment among many other personal items.



Bernard works as an electrician, plumber, and carpenter and recently moved to northern Idaho where he was renovating the older cabin to be his new home when the fire occurred (it was not yet insurable). The items lost will take a great deal of time, resources, and effort to recover. For now, he is coming to live with our family in Ashton, Idaho, where we hope to help him reestablish and rebuild.

What can you do?

We have set up this GoFundMe account for those who would like to help Bernard as he purchases basic necessities and reestablishes a collection of tools and equipment to help him get back on his feet and able to work again.
