Help Bernadette's Dog Get Annual Medical Care

Hello everyone, My name is Bernadette and I have a 9.5 year old senior female GSD mix that is in need of her physical exam, shot and blood panel. It is necessary because Roxy is on lifelong medications and we need to make sure her organs are functioning properly.
