Help Bentley Overcome His Medical Challenges

Hello ,

I am Jen , a single mom to my 9 year old son Bentley . Who has endured years worth of medical issues that have now complicated issues with his heart. Bentley is a sweet , loving and out going boy . He should be out living his life like most children but has endured many days in hospitals, doctors offices and bed due to his medical issues .

since 2020 Bentley has been nothing short of a medical mystery. He has spent many days and countless hospital visits with high fevers , weight loss and GI disturbances. He has seen many specialties with no answers but his symptoms have all caught up to him now and we are working with his team of doctors at u of m to get him some help

as a mother seeing your child so sick and not being able to help them has been the worse feeling. Bentley has been admitted into the hospital and as a single mom I am his only source of income and have been trying my hardest to manage a work life balance with his illness.

I am creating this page to ask for help I am unable to work during this time, but that does not mean life stops. I will not be getting a paid time off during this time . I’m asking for donations to help cover medical costs that will cover any medical bills, after visit counting care frim

the hospital as well as every day bills that will be behind due to me being off unexpectedly.

It’s taken a lot for me ask for help after dealing with this for so long on my own.

Bentley has not had great nutritional value due to GI issues for quite some time, due to lack on nutrients this has taken a toll on his heart and has slowed his heart rate down. He has currently been placed with a NG tube and feeding tube to help re gain strength and nourish his body . He will have a long road to recovery working with the team at u of m.
