Hello this GoFundMe is on behalf of the GAONA family! As many of you may or may not know our brother Benny suffered an accident on December 13, 2021, where he fractured every single bone of his body from his skull to his femur, he has a traumatic brain injury that requires him to have a tracheostomy and a g-tube. He survived over 20 surgeries just to be discharged to a skilled nursing facility where they neglected him and nearly let him die, they starved him and not once provided any type of care! After several attempts to see him we managed to speak with the director and mandated a transfer back to Pomona Valley Hospital where they confirmed he was septic and had developed multiple bed sores and foot drop! Long story short after discussing it amongst family we have decided to bring Benny home to be cared for and be surrounded by all his love ones including his 5 year old son Julian! Unfortunately, that consists of many different types of medical equipment and medical supplies. Thank God he qualified for some basic needs but will require a lifelong supply of medical supplies to manage his trach, g-tube and immobility. We are hoping we can get him a wheelchair and a hospital bed to assist him! I know we are living in some difficult times but if you find it in your heart to help Benny we would like to thank you in advance. For all of our friends and family that work in the medical field we all now our workplace gets rid of expired supplies if you come across any supplies that can help Benny we will be glad to use them. Donating money is not the only you can help the GAONA family you can also help us by lifting us up in prayer and donating some of your time to help us with his care, sometimes all we need is an extra pair of hands to reposition him every two hours. Thank you all in advance and God bless you! ❤️
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.
