Benny is our sweet 6-year-old Golden Retriever and he means the world to our family. At the beginning of January, we received the heartbreaking news that Benny has subcutaneous hemangiosarcoma, a serious cancer diagnosis that has turned our lives upside down. Benny had surgery to remove a tumor, which is how we received this devastating news. Justin and I have changed his diet, added supplements, and started treatments to do everything we can. Benny is starting radiation next week, which is much more expensive than we anticipated.

We never imagined facing this kind of challenge, especially with Benny being so young. The costs have quickly added up and we’re doing our best to keep up, but the financial burden is starting to become overwhelming. The funds raised here will go directly toward Benny’s radiation treatment and the follow-up care he’ll need to give him the healthiest and best quality of life possible.

Asking for help is not easy for us. We always handle things on our own and we don’t want to burden our friends and family.
