Hello, my name is Sebrina and I am organizing this homecoming fundraiser to support my son Benjamin and our family during this devastating time. We are raising funds to cover the expenses for our beloved brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, and friend. Today, on Monday, June 24, 2024, marks one month since Benjamin has been hospitalized. While shaving his head, he nicked it in three spots. These nicks caused an infection that grew every day until it reached his bloodstream. He's been in the hospital for four weeks and his condition is worsening. He's had new infections, a staph infection, his lungs are collapsing, and kidney issues. And now there are other organ complications. He is a steadfast fighter! However, he feels fatigued. The doctors are offering comfort options to the family. Benjamin is facing an obstacle due to being on life support. Yes, we have faith in the Lord. Benjamin has an infectious enthusiasm for life and an unwavering love for running, playing with his dog, and playing with his nieces and nephews. Benjamin had a positive impact on the hearts of those who had known him. We will be left with a profound void in our lives and in the hearts of all those who knew Benjamin. We are reaching out for support during this tragic time.
