Hello friends and family, after many long years of hiding in shame I have finally secured an appointment with a surgeon so I can get my long awaited top surgery. The final hurdle I am facing is the hotel and travel cost once I have arrived in the great big state of Texas!

I am looking forward to stop hating what i see in the mirror, swimming with my friends, relaxing on a beach without needing to wear a shirt, and being able to change clothes without needing to hide from my wife.

Anything you can give helps, and shares are always appreciated! I am so close to my new life i can almost see it. To finally be free of my chest dysphoria would truly be a dream come true.
