Help Ben save his home and business

My name is Ben Eshelman and I’m fundraising for my family, home and business. My wife, Tara, is disabled and I’m her primary care giver. My daughter, her husband and 3 grandchildren also live with us (see photo).  In mid February I started noticing a weakness and numbing sensation in my legs which made standing and walking difficult. This was making it hard to be on my feet for a prolonged period of time. I found myself having trouble working my computer repair business, Mad Macs of Oregon, due to the pain and fatigue I was suffering. I was unable to assist my wife, Tara, as much as I had been in her day to day needs.  COVID-19 had already stretched our finances beyond their limits due to quarantine. 8 weeks ago I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet.  I am trying to get back to work, but I can’t see a neurologist until November. The months of personal struggle added to the global pandemic have put me in danger of losing my business and our home. We really need help.
