UPDATE!!!!! 10/24

Thank you again for your support. It means so much to me. Ben is my furry baby, and his (and his brother's) well-being is my priority.

On Monday 10/20, I took Ben for a recheck, and the vet proudly announced that Ben is out of the woods! Thanks to all of you, Ben was able to receive the care he needed. Ben is slowly returning to his normal self. He is chatty again, is gaining weight, and today he even got the zoomies!

I am still making monthly vet payments, but because of you all, this burden is lightened. I am so grateful for all of you wonderful people. Thank you thank you thank you.

My beloved cat Ben went from being my healthy, playful fur baby to struggling immensely in just days. When he stopped eating and became lethargic, I knew something was seriously wrong and rushed him to the emergency veterinary hospital. The devastating diagnosis revealed that Ben was suffering from inflammation of his pancreas, liver, kidney, and gallbladder - a complex medical condition that requires intensive treatment. He now has a feeding tube and is on multiple medications to help his organs heal and function properly. Watching him struggle with this sudden illness has been heartbreaking, especially knowing that his multiple organ inflammation could have been fatal if I hadn't caught it when I did. The veterinary specialists have assured me that with proper treatment, including his current feeding tube and medication regimen, Ben has a good chance of making a full recovery. However, the cost of his specialized care, diagnostic tests, and ongoing treatment is far beyond what I can manage alone.

As a devoted pet parent, I would do anything for Ben, but I simply cannot afford the thousands of dollars needed for his continued care. Every donation, no matter how small, brings Ben one step closer to recovery and back to the loving, purring boy he once was.
