I’ve got some big news — I’ve been selected as one of 10 finalists for the Troubadour Songwriter Contest at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival!
This feels like a huge opportunity, and I’m honored to be included among such incredible songwriters.
Now comes the real challenge — getting there.
Telluride is about a 16-hour drive from Bismarck, and with timing and schedule, flying is my best option. Right now, flights into Grand Junction are pretty expensive, and I’ll also need to rent a car to make it into Telluride.
I don’t love asking, but I believe in this moment and what it could lead to — so I’m reaching out.
If you’ve ever connected with my music, supported a show, or just want to help a North Dakota songwriter take a big step, I’d be incredibly grateful for any support toward travel costs.
Every little bit helps — whether that’s a contribution, sharing this post, or just sending some encouragement down the road.
Thanks for being part of this journey. I’ll carry a little piece of home with me to Telluride.
– Ben
