On September 26th, 2023, Ben was diagnosed with a grade 4 glioma, specifically a Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG). This is a very rare and aggressive type of brain cancer.

We are hoping we can help alleviate some of the financial burden from medical bills and treatment costs. By contributing to this GoFundMe campaign, we are hoping we can help provide Ben and Sarah at least one type of relief. Ben has already completed six weeks of radiation to reduce the tumor and minimize symptoms.

Sarah has been an amazing support to Ben, working tirelessly with doctors to find the best treatments available, including several promising drugs that are currently in the trial phase.

While they don’t qualify for the trials, we are praying for a miracle to find a way to get Ben other forms of treatment.
