Hello, my name is Ben Martin. Recently, I was blessed to receive the opportunity to march as a Bass Drum for the Santa Clara Vanguard (SCV) in their 2026 marching season. The Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps is well known for their outstanding performances and achievements in Drum Corps International (DCI). Ever since I was in 6th grade, I have seen videos on YouTube and social media of SCV and have dreamed of becoming a part of the group. Now that I’ve received a contract, I am asking for y’all’s help.

The total costs for the season are $5500. Those expenses pay for transportation, instrument usage, uniforms, materials for the marching show, and meals over the season. If you can’t donate, if you could at least spread the word to others that would maybe be interested in donating, that would mean a lot to me :)
