Help Ben and Echo Move Home

Hey folks, I’m incredibly sorry to ask; but me and my cat Echo need help.

I’ve worked in games for almost 15 years making art and games that I hope you all enjoyed. But two years ago I was part of the Bungie layoff while also losing my dad to suicide. As much as I’ve tried to find full time work, it hasn’t happened. My industry has been gutted with 10s of thousands of layoffs, and there are few to no opportunities for a concept artist. I’ve been doing a lil bit of freelance, but it can’t cover mounting bills.

Because of that, I’m completely broke and need to move back home with Echo. I’m asking for money to help with moving costs, moving supplies, bills, groceries, junk removal, and ending my lease.

There is a lot of shame and embarrassment for me having to ask for help. But moving home is the only option, and it’ll help me stabilize a bit before sorting out what my future looks like. I’d genuinely appreciate any help, and I hope I can get to a place down the road when I can give back.
