Help Bella's Family

Update 10/29/24**** things have definitely changed for our family im now a single mom of 4 with bella who has lots of medical complexities. We lost our house and vehicle due to bella being admitted to Colorado. They want bella out in Colorado to be admitted and we need too get a rental or the funds to get a vehicle. I just started a job but and bella is getting SSI however its not enough. Anything helps even just prayers and sharing this.

Bella had to be flown out to Aurora Children’s Hospital from New Mexico because she had a infection in her blood and UNM Hospital believed she had MSUD (Maple Syrup Urine Disease). Bella arrived in Colorado and they began testing. Bella does not have MSUD, but she has meningitis and three bacteria in her blood. We will have to be here for a while. However, I have other kids and would like them out here. Anything financially would help, but most of all, prayers.Update

bella is breathing on her own but is now having withdrawals from the medication bella will need at least 3 weeks of IV antibiotics so we will be here awhile. Anything helps im currently out of work and still got bills to pay. Thank you to everyone who has helped.

update 7-8-24

Bella is doing well on the antibiotics she will be on them until july 15th. We are hoping to get her genetic testing back this week so we can have possible answers. EEG shows possible risk for seizures and abnormal brain waves but could be due to genetic disorder. Bella’s brother and sisters are coming to colorado(13yr, 9yr, 5yr, 2yr) me and dad are out of work and have used up all sick leave. I had to resign from my job of 14yrs to take care of Bella. Any donations help we still have bills to pay.Bella is now home we will be traveling back next month to colorado. Because of bella being in the hospital im behind on rent i have court August 6 anything helps school is also starting and i got two kids going too school also.
