Help Bella Recover and Play Again

Hi my name is Carter I am a 15 year old boy. I’m trying to raise money for my dog. Her name is Bella, she is a 1 year old puppy and she broke her elbow. She had to get surgery and got a plate in her leg. She loves to play golf and loves anything to do with golf balls. Every time we go out to play we always play golf. I hit the golf balls to the field by my house and she runs after and brings them back for me. One day we were out playing, I swung my club and she stepped in front of the ball too soon and the ball hit her on the elbow. Me and my mom took her into the vet and they told me that her elbow was broken. The vet surgeon gave me three options. Put her down, amputate her leg, or she gets surgery to fix the break in her leg. I chose to get the surgery so that she could live the most normal life possible. She’s very active and wants to play all the time.
