Bella has been by my side for her entire life—fourteen years of love, loyalty, and understanding. She’s not just my dog; she’s my world and my only family. Over the years, we’ve traveled together from North Dakota to Minnesota, Idaho, Colorado, and Oklahoma, moving for jobs and always sticking together. I retired last year, and through it all, Bella has always been so healthy—until now.
Lately, Bella has been in pain, struggling with her back leg. I don’t know if it’s a dislocation or her hips, but it’s heartbreaking to see her try so hard and not be able to get comfortable. I want nothing more than to see her happy and pain-free again. Bella has always known how to comfort me, sensing my moods and being there when I need her most. Sometimes, when I’m feeling down or make a mistake, she just looks at me with those wise eyes, as if she understands everything. Her presence has been my anchor, especially since it’s just the two of us now.
I’m on SSI and get paid once a month, so I can’t afford the upfront cost of a vet visit. No local vets will see her without payment at the time of treatment, and I have no family left to help. I’m reaching out for support so Bella can get the care she needs as soon as possible. If I could just get her help, we would both be so grateful. If needed, I would pay every penny back as I can afford. Thank you for considering helping Bella and me.
ps we're close please donate so I can have my bella bell back to her old self
