Bella came into our lives through my son’s friend, who found her wandering the streets. Unable to keep her, he asked if we could give her a home. When Bella first arrived, she was afraid of everything and it seemed like she had been abused. With lots of love and attention, she slowly started to come around and show her sweet, gentle personality. Bella has become a cherished member of our family and has even formed a special bond with our cats—she loves to snuggle with one of our male cats, and they are often seen curled up together. Bella’s favorite things are chasing after a ball or frisbee and spending time with us.

Recently, Bella tore her CCL in her knee and now needs surgery to recover. It’s heartbreaking to see her hobbling around and in obvious pain, unable to enjoy the activities she loves. The funds raised will go directly toward her surgery and the aftercare she needs to heal and get back to her happy, playful self.

Any help is greatly appreciated and it would mean the world to me not to see my baby in pain. If I could see the happy look come back into her face, I would know she is no longer suffering.
