Bella, my sweet yorkie, has been by my side for the last 16 years. She’s not just a pet—she’s my constant companion, especially through some of the hardest times in my life. After my hip surgery went horribly wrong and my husband passed away in October 2022, Bella and I have leaned on each other for comfort and support. We are together all the time, and she means the world to me.

Six months ago, Bella had 13 teeth pulled, and now she’s facing another challenge. She has developed a painful infection in her mouth and needs more extractions. Her mouth is swollen, she’s in discomfort, and I’m doing everything I can to keep her comfortable with prescriptions from her vet. It breaks my heart to see her suffer, and I’ve tried everything possible to pay for her care. Unfortunately, her vet bill is more than I can manage. Bella’s days are more bad than good now, and she’s not eating like she used to. I’m noticing a decline in her comfort, and I don’t want her to suffer any longer.

This fundraiser is my last hope to get Bella the surgery, extractions, medications, and follow-up care she needs to recover and live pain-free. Any amount you can give will help, and it all adds up.
