Hi, We are Bella and Stevie Petree, we created this fundraiser because we have an opportunity to go to Paris with our High School Jazz Choir, to perform at some of the most marvelous cathedrals in the world. We have had an amazing year with our choir so far. We recently sang with Broadway singers from the musical, Hamilton, at Pepperdine University. We also had the chance to perform in front of College and University Professors, Musicians, and Composers/Educators at the ACDA National Convention, we were the only High School Jazz Choir to be invited this year, it was an incredible honor. On this trip, we will be visiting an American War Cemetery and performing a choral piece as part of a wreath-laying ceremony for the fallen. Our first full concert will be at the L'Eglise Saint Aubin-sur-Mer in combination with local choir, Meli-Melo. We will also be performing at the L'Eglise St. Pierre du Mont St. Michel and have the opportunity to sing at the Abbey. We will also be performing at L'Eglise St. Julien de Tours in conjunction with a local choir, Chorale des Bords de Loire. Our final concert will be near the magnificent Louvre, at the L'Eglise de la Madeleine, as part of their afternoon concert series. We will also enjoy some free time discovering beautiful art, architecture, dinner at the Eiffel Tower and more. We never imagined that this could be a reality for us.
