Hi everyone,

My name is Emily, and this is my sweet baby Beezy — my 9-year-old pitbull with the world’s biggest heart and toothy smile. She’s been with me since I rescued her at 5 weeks old, right after I lost my dad, and she’s been my emotional support, my shadow, and my best friend ever since.

This week, Beezy was diagnosed with a fully torn ACL in her right back leg and a partial tear in her left. Even with both injuries, she’s still trying to live her happiest life, but she’s clearly in pain, and the only real solution is surgery, plus meds and PT afterward.

She's been through a lot this year and I've already spent a big chunk of change removing a mass from her tummy. These surgeries are really expensive, and I’m asking for help so I can give her the care she deserves. Beezy is truly the sweetest dog — she will greet anyone, including someone robbing the house, with a smile that looks like a snarl and a thousand kisses. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her.
