I am Becky. I'm a 57 year old, widowed,and disabled woman. I lost my husband 2 1/2 years ago. I came home from the nursing home after becoming disabled from chemo treatment for breast cancer,for the last year and a half of my husband's life. Taking care of our home on an income of only disability and a small survivors benefits doesn't allow any extra for home repairs. My husband had no life insurance, so it has been extremely difficult. I'm afraid of not getting my roof fixed before even more damage occurs. If you feel led to help, it would be appreciated more than you could ever imagine!
