Help Becky Rangel Fight Cancer – #WeFightWithBex
I'm reaching out on behalf of my incredible friend, Becky Rangel. Becky is 51 years old and the kind of person who can light up any room with her humor and infectious laugh. Whether she is joking around or being a smartass, she makes everyone around her smile. Her laugh is so loud and genuine, you can hear it from a mile away. She is truly one of a kind. She has always been the life of the party, and now, we need to be the ones supporting her in this fight.
In 2019, Becky was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer, and since then, she has faced an incredibly tough journey. Despite the pain and hardships, she has remained as positive, strong, and funny as ever. However, as we all know, cancer treatments come at a high cost, and Becky's needs are growing.
The Journey and Our Goal
Becky has never given up in the face of this disease. Over the past few years, she has undergone multiple treatments, which have unfortunately not been successful. She has sought out alternative treatments for her cancer to give her the best chance at recovery. There is a promising treatment center in Mexico that offers therapies unavailable in the U.S. These treatments have proven successful with her specific type of cancer. The total cost for treatment, travel, and all related expenses is approximately $60,000. This is a huge amount for our family to cover, but we believe that with your help, we can get Becky the care she needs to continue her fight. We have set up this GoFundMe to raise the funds necessary to get Becky to Mexico and to help ease the financial strain of this long battle.
